能讲下来的price只有几百，当然这是我们的realtor的一家之言，仅供参考。 |

price $350. I got 2.5% off. But I was able to ask the builder to add two
windows, build a concrete (reinforced) patio, a deck with stairs...In my
opinion, it is easier to ask the builder to build extra things than to cut
down the price. |

我的原则是凡是大件买卖（$200)以上，永远要试着讲价。

影响以后的销售. 这种情况大多数时候builder会给一些credit towards upgrade或者

builder们被你们那疙瘩搞惨了，但如果你要新修一个，他们会很jjww，让你出这个钱
那个钱，因为他们没钱或者正在under water。一样的事情放到现在就不同了，他们知
道你要赶4/30。
