Buyer hereby to utilize seller's attorney/title company/escrow company for
the purpose of issuing title insurance. In consideration thereof, Seller
agrees to pay for the Owner's title insurance policy. Seller will not
provide a survey or abstract. Seller will transfer title with a
Limited or Special Warranty Deed.
这个最后的Limited or Special Warranty Deed和general warranty有什么区别，那个
survey and abstract重要吗？我们还需要 |

owner's title insurance就是保护你的，没什么buyer's title insurance。
还有一个lender's title insurance是保护贷款银行的。
