谈谈inspection最新进展, 没有大毛病,不大不小和小毛病挺多的,给卖家经纪人的清单
如下:
The latch for the rear gate is loose and should be secured.
The chimney cap is showing signs of rusting. Need to be covered with a rust
retardant coating.
The outlet on the front exterior wall is wired backwards. Need to be fixed.
Many outlets in the home show signs of loose wire connection. Need to be
fixed.
The insulation for the garbage disposal wiring has been torn near the unit.

Hello my buyer's agent,
Thanks for your information and help.
I just want everythign is all right when I move in, no leakage everywhere,
no unsecured toilet, etc.
the refrigerator is convery appliance in the listing. I don't need microwave
and swing set. so no deal right now.
Since the agent's email said "The firewall just needs a covering that is
fireproof.", please have it covered. Also it is said "these things are small
", so please have it fixed. Please don't forget the HVAC service. |

年份之后的一种状态。
我的home inspector就直截了当地跟我说，他列出的问题清单有夸大成分，让我不要担
忧。 |

是小毛病。如果这样的毛病扯皮，房子没法买卖了。 |

价买的，而且还比之前高了一万，今天拿到appraisal，根我们买价基本一样，唉
