发帖数: 2062 | 7 in the area I live. Primary residence has a lot tax deduction, which make the property tax for primary residence only half of investiment properties. |

发帖数: 7156 | 8 简单地说，就是收房产税的时候不管自住房投资房都是一样收，没有区别。但到报税的时候，第一套房（自住房）的房产税可以抵税。就等于第一套房（自住房）的房产税少交了一半
左右。 |
