的agent，他给了以下方案：
On a 15 yr at 4%, the closing costs would be $1300.00. If you did 4.25% the
costs would be $800.00. For 10 yr fixed the rate would be 3.75% with 1300.
00 costs or 4% with $800.00.
请大家分析下做那种好？
另外不知版上“no cost, no fee"是怎么弄的？是不是只是利率会高一点？谢谢大家！ | w*******g

发帖数: 9308 | 6 8万块真的没有必要做Refinance,而且很难弄到No cost的Refinance.一般no cost的
Refi都要20几万的Loan Amount.
