其实地基打好之后很快的。我前些日子去看一个在建房，一星期一个样，简直就是搭积
木。
就两个工人，开着收音机很悠闲地干。

builder说顺序这样：
the forms will be set to position the home on the lot – and then that has
to be inspected (lots of inspections throughout the process!)
· After inspection, they fill dirt in the forms
· Then they lay the plumbing pipes (“plumbing rough”)
· Then they dig & add support beams
· The forms are enclosed and the garage forms are added
· Next the post tension cables are installed
· At this point a final forms inspection

找个inspector估计就可能要等几天才能上门

fill dirt 才是堆土。

好中午的时候去看着他们开工，比如可以让他们挪一挪啥的

发帖数: 36306 | 11 当然了，难道你要把所有的问题都放到warranty时间去处理？而且基本上就没有修好了
一点问题都没有的房子，新房不做inspection是错误的。我自己到时候开工了每两三天
都要去工地看看有啥visible的问题不，还要拍照或者录像记录。
