loan or start for doing a refi on 30号(星期五)? Your old loan can only be
paid off on the closing date of the new one. Your current lender will
collect interest till one day before closing date of your new loan.

也就是说现在的lender收interest到29号，然后就是新lender的事了，对巴。
我担心这个的原因是现在每个月是自动付款，如果旧lender不能及时处理，会不会还会
在8/1又收一次钱

我26号settle，broker说30号mortgage paid off，给title company是用wire
transfer的
