r*********t 发帖数: 58	1 新房。才发现厨房granite top角落有一点broken,现在builder修补了一下；另外bathroom countertop装的有问题，countertop overhang 几乎没有。这两个问题builder明显不愿意在改了。别的没有structure的缺陷。这样的话，还可以在closing的时候要求refund或者再降价吗？谢谢。
C*******d 发帖数: 15836	2 In many cases the seller and the selling agent will not present during the closing at all. I think you should have this settled with them before closing. If you are not satisfied, you should not agree to have the closing.
