4 months. if you paid all the closing costs, you don't have to wait in most
cases and you can do it again at any time.

handled by someone who is not familiar with the process or not pay attention
to the detail, can bring up some mistakes and cause problems in the future.
This was just an excuse from your title company.
However, if you are not paying the closing cost, then it must be paid by the
bank who originated the loan to the broker who help you finalize the loan.
Typically it will take the bank more than 3 month mortgage payments to cove

的并且时间不到三个月,BROKER还会被要求退钱吗? |
