的retaining wall，山上种了松树什么的，地上铺了材料可能防水土流失。
那房子蛮好。我们就是担心下大雨，大雪的不安全。

这个有靠山的好处，有没有什么实际的好处啊，除了口彩以外。。。

monthes. After that, we found a lot of problems. First is the gopher/mole.
They make a lot of hole in the backyard, destroy the ground and eat the root
of the trees.
Second is the possible fire hazard.
