Due to tight budget, I want to borrow $20K from my auntie (she is in the U.S
.). However, I am wondering
(1) If I need to pay additional tax if I borrow the money?
(2) If this money can be put in my downpayment? For example, if she sends
money to me on 9/13, and on the same day I go to loan office and want to put
this money as part of my down payment.
Any issues?
