一楼：
1. 木地板
2. Laminate地板
2. 瓷砖
3. 地毯
4. 地毯和1，2，3项之一的组合
二楼：
1. 地毯
2. 木地板
3. Laminate地板
4. 地毯和2，3的组合
我自己的感觉貌似是现在流行的都是一楼地板（木头或者laminate), 或者是瓷砖，二
楼多是地毯。
我住了N年的地毯，深恶痛绝，也许地毯的质量比较次，或者不太会care。 |

没有小孩和老人的话， 愿意用什么就用什么， 我喜欢全部木板地。 厨房用tile

However, it is not the best choice for folks with kids or pets. A good
quality Nylon plush would clean easily, wear better, and retain its new
appearance much longer than would an olefin Berber. If you must buy a Berber
be sure to select one with small loops, the big loops fall over quickly and
look bad sooner. |

tile is cold unless u choose heated it up. So hardwood in kitchen is fine
for me.
hallway in second floor can be hardwood. Still prefer carpet in bedroom. I
have cat, long fur. Carpet is fine even with cats. I try not to let them get
in bedrooms. Hardwood is much easier.
My cat uses carpet to sharpen his paw. And it is fine with me. you can
hardly tell any difference. Don't use berber with loops. Use berber kind

凉, 地板加underlayment会感觉很舒服, 就是使用的时候要多注意一点, 多用几个那种
可以洗, 便宜的rug.

好在wet area都已经是铺好了大的tile，书房和餐厅都铺好了木地板。其他地方自己动
手铺铺就成了。
现在这种毛茸茸的地毯太难伺候了，还容易藏污纳垢生虫子。每年都要租机器大动干戈
清洗一两次。
每周吸尘两次，每次还是能吸出一堆毛絮，觉得整天呼吸这样充满毛絮的空气真受不了。
铺上木地板，该铺rug的地方就铺rug，好清理。 |
