痕迹。具体描述如下：”Tar installed over lead flashing; tar is considered a
temporary fix and will require future repair or re-application.“
按理说，这个房子的ROOF因为chimney flashing漏水去年冬天才更换过，新的ROOF不应
该有tar这种材料。我自己也在网上做了一点研究，"Tarred flashing is a defect in
my book. Since roof tar does not hold up (notice he applies it every year)
it can be at best a temporary measure until an actual repair can be made."

个烟囱的地方会不会再漏雨 |

找个roofer化一两百重做一下。 |

发帖数: 590 | 6 I think you may try counter-flashing with flashing to really keep the water
out. There seems to be a valley when the chimney meets the roof that needs a
proper slope.
