5 month property tax on closing day, while I paid full year insurance and
about $4000 property tax for the rest of this year on the closing day.
Now I need to pay escrow account every month with property tax $1000 and
insurance $100.
I understand that escrow needs accumulate insurance for next year payment.
While I paid property tax for the rest of this year (4 month), and escrow
doesn,t need to pay it this year, do I still need to pay it every month for
next three month? It looks like I deposited 5+4=9 month property tax into my
escrow account.
My dowm payment is over 40%. How can I get rid off the escrow account?

. They will handle it for you. Once you set up escrow account you need to
pay every month. If you don't want to keep it any more, just call the

5 month for escrow. They still charge me every month. So I paid 9 month
property tax on next January. For example, if I buy the house on Dec. Nex
January, there will be only 5 month property tax in my escrow account, not 9
month, am I right?

will be refunded back to you.
