Our baby will be born next year. My husband and I had a question on maximum
out of pocket. According to the plan, there is individual Maximum out of
pocket: $3000 and there is a family Maximum out of pocket:$6000. If we
bought the family plan, I myself spend $4000 next year, and my rest family
spend $300, what we should pay $4300 ($4000+$300) or $3300 ($3000+300)?
I am trying to understand this to do my medical enrollment. I appreciate

发帖数: 519 | 2 你的理解不对，你应该先看别的条款，比如保险包80%的，然后剩下20%是你掏。如果一
年里头数次20%加起来超过了3000，那么你只需要出$3000。
同样的，一个family，假设三人，各自的20%如果超过6000，那也只出到$6000。
