在网上挑了很多房子，后来一看全是 short sale,
据说操作起来很麻烦，也很慢
不知道哪位能给讲讲经验，大概多久能搞定

prices 3 times. one is almost done but feel the house is too old now and see
another new house short sale. |

到后来，SHORT SALE的都不看了买房才走上正轨。
要真感兴趣可以随便递几个OFFER，不过不要抱希望去等 |

offer is rejected by the bank, they will go with the next buyer. For many
times they do not choose buyers randomly or by the highest offer. They have
ways to get interest from buyers.

发帖数: 679 | 15 我前一阵子用 zillow 和 realtor看，上面只注明了是否 foreclosure,没有写是不是
short sale, 怎么区分开呢？
今天在ziprealty看见几乎80%的房子都是short sale或者 foreclosure真ft啊 |

value低，刚发现最后30万卖出去了，靠，那片的房子都是50万以上的，不知道哪个走
了狗屎运的买到了。
