confirmation letter before we can
remove the loan contingency.
Right now I only have an one-sentence email from my loan agent that the rate
was locked. When I requested
the loan approval letter, loan agent emailed that may doc has been drawn and
they are waiting for lender's
approval for signing since lender need to review the escrow document before
we sign. She said it's ok for us to
remove contingency and could keep her email as record.
We are the first home buyer, no loan experience at all. I was wondering if
this sounds ok and normal.

发帖数: 9482 | 2 她的email, 根本不能证明你的rate已经lock了， 不过权且相信她吧， 因为某些原因她不给你银行的那份copy， 你也没办法
我们也是要求lock rate之后email追问了两三天， agent也是email保证而已， 好在最后证明她说到做到了。
你们的loan还没被approved. 不要remove contingency, 如果真的如她说的已经都给
underwriter review的话， approve是两三天的事， 就怕还没到这一步 |

发帖数: 166 | 4 The agent did email us saying the loan is fully approved and said we can use
her email as record. She is just asking for lender's approval for signing.
I think "approval of signing" is different than "loan approval".

broker tells you that he has locked, generally how long it takes for you to
get confirmed.
