发帖数: 1468 | 5 有多大的可能是我被人家骗了，付了现金但实际上没买到房子？public record上暂时
是没有。不过那房子的广告上是说按照我们的价格close了。写信也没人回。总感觉有
些蹊跷。

The situation is, I paid in cash and after 1 month of closing, I got no
document and no key.

It's weried, why you don't get the key at the closing date?
