或者谁能讲讲自己出OFFER怎么出,和对方AGENT联系,口头出?

The stupid seller might know the good intension of yours, and even he knows,
he may be mislead by the agent
If you really want to save money, better talk to them first, or find an agen
t can give you like 2.5% commission. Or $500 per offer.

But you still need a lawyer to help with closing. Since you're going to have
a lawyer anyway, why not have him send the offer? |

G****y 发帖数: 3537 | 10 It is very doable. Much easier than your graduate study or company work. If
you are not first-time buyer, then a piece of cake.
Get a copy of blank contract from the listing agent (each state or market
area has formal form), fill in the info and your offer price. Any place on
the contract you do not understand, ask the listing agent to explain, or ask
here, or google it.
It is a little tricky at addendum part. Think about all kind of scenarios
and put your request there.

agent把你的contract给seller。
至于laywer,不同的州可能不一样。很多州所有的合同都是一样的,法律有规定的格式
和addendum。绝大多数州closing也不需要律师. |

yourself, but get NOTHING back forward. If you think you know all the
tricks, writing offer by yourself is the SAME as using the seller agent as
dual agent.
Depends on the contract, the seller has with the seller agent. The seller
did not has any right to ask his agent lower his commision if it is an
exclusive right to sell contract.
If I were you, I will not use the seller agent as the dual agent. Your
question shows that you did not know much about the real estate brokage. |
