还是要岳父母-->LD-->我的账户？
银行贷款时是不是只接受直系亲属的转账？

发帖数: 2719 | 3 you need to have the money in the account for 2 months (2 statrement cycles)
. Otherwise, the mortgage bank is going to ask you where the money is from
and you would have to provide the proof for the gift. You also need to
provide a letter from the chinese bank of which you father-in-law had
transffered the money from. The mortgage bank will also charge you a few
hundred dollars for translation.
Save yourself all these trouble by having the money in the account for 2
months. |

praticle purposes, unless the giver has given out more than $3.5 million in
his life time.

help because the bank was asking her for proofs of the gift. I also went
thru the same thing. I know some banks are more relaxed than others but
every bank has different guidlines. We need to be conservative and ready for
the worst case. Lets not mislead the poor LZ...

的是有麻烦的。提前两个月转过来最保险了。 |

呀？
不用担心，多少人都是这么买房的，没见谁哭诉被收了多少多少税。

证明钱不是借的。。。

国外进来的钱，无论多少都不用加税。数量大的话，好像要填张表。
国内的话，是每人每年限转5w美金。
