你也是NJ吗？是lender和owner的两个title insurance加起来才1500左右吗？
感觉这个差距好大呀！用的哪家title公司呀？

rate) was 4.5%, no point. The total origination charge will be:
50 days lock -$1045
35 days lock- $853
20 days lock - $550
Your title fee should be as follows.
1102 settlement or closing fee $395(这个是什么费用哦？) -Meaning the title
agent will close your title. Ask your attorney to confirm if you need to
pay both the attorney fee and Settlement fee.
Your title insurance (lender and owner) should be about $1400
Title Search and examination fee is about $550.
1201- the recording fee will be paid to your county for recording your deed
and mortgage.
Your attorney may charge you about $100 for Wiring, Fedex, etc.
You don't need to worry too much about the title fees. These fees are
estimated only. You will pay whatever the real costs are at closing. You
should ask your attorney for 1102 to confirm if this is additional to your
attorney fee.
We are a bank based in NJ and underwrite loan in our local office. We can
close your loan within 20 days after receiving your documents. If you are

但是我们购房合同里写的贷款settle的时间是5月6日，
closing是5月20日，

same price with different title companies. Usually a 200,000 house's title
insurance is about $925, for search/survey, usually I see charges by
attorney for aoround $500. So if your's total is 1500, the house price could
be under 250000
