发帖数: 73 | 1 复习了很多旧帖， 发现最近做的inspection好像不让人放心。跑上来问些问题：
1. 房检包不包括楼梯， 地板， 内墙油漆的问题？比如地板凹凸，楼梯松动？
同去的agent （我们的） 说这种问题与房屋的function无关，不好和seller谈。
Agent 和 inspector 挺熟的。种种原因用了agent推荐的，后悔没早来版上复习。
2. Inspector 只发现了很少的问题但没有给估价。要自己找人估价吗？
3. 自己发现的一些小问题能让律师加进request吗？Inspection的时候忘了提了，也没
照照片。
4. 如果不放心，能要求再找新的inspector做一遍吗？目前还在合同规定的inspection
的时间之内。如果可以，最后能combine两个报告吗？第二次不想
做radon了。
5. 最后是谁去何seller讨论维修价钱？律师会出request,然后呢？

#1 Agent 和 inspector 挺熟的 - your inspection might not be effective.
#2 I think you or seller can get a quote on the repairs.
#3 It may not be a good idea to discuss small repair items.
#4 I think you have rights to order another inspection if you'd like.
#5 谁去讨论维修价钱？律师会出request, but it's based on your decision. 99%
of time, both agent and atty will not care about your interests.
