发帖数: 2712 | 4 客人需要在closing之前pay 1年的保险in full。之后escrow账户会每月收1个月的
insurance premium，等到保险要renew的时候帮客人去renew。escrow账户会在closing
的时候会收2个月的ins premium作为deposit。
赶紧去买保险吧，要不是不会给close的。 |

you buy it from insurance company. You pay one year premium up front and
every month after closing contribute 1/12 to escrow for next year's premium.
