发帖数: 835 | 1 对一个房子感兴趣,想下offer, 但在房子的disclosure里看到如下描述;
"Throughout ownersip of property had miscelleneous shingles replaced. New
flashing installed in certain places and upside of front roof in april 2009.
Had leak from window over main home entrance. Stucco caulked & water
sealing applied to entire front of home July 2009. Had leak in garage
ceiling beam, see above repairs. Seals of skylights recaulked. Pargemil on
outside of side wall on basement window facing the drive, repaired wall
April 2010."
另外the disclosure 还提到:
"when house was first constructed issue with grading & drainage. Builder
addressed these issues by regrading property, pop-up drains throughout
property need to be drained as needed"
这个房子是11年新的,但是从上述描述来看有好多leaking 和grading drainage问题,请
问这些问题严重吗? 那些sealing/caulking的repair措施管用吗? 我就担心那些
leaking会对wall和其它structural 东西有long-term damage.
