house which is being sold by its affiliate company Sirva Relocation. The
purchase price of the house is 350k. Sirva Mortgage gave me a loan estimate.
Everything looks good except Owner's title insurance cost a lot more than
lender's title insurance.
Title services and Lender's title insurace: $820.00
Owner's title insurance: $1826.00
Is this reasonable? Does anybody know why owner's title cost a lot more than
lender's insurance?

了。只要你选定了房子，Listing agent就会指定好title insurance company的。还有
，如果是在加州的Regular sale，Owner's title insurance是Seller付的。
