inflaction concern. It is still too early to predict the upward trend, but a
man-made stimulus program does not achieve what it is expected.
It was great to follow this program to understand how capitalism is working.
As real estate professional, I am more concerned about housing market in
this summer. The prices seems to be stablizing in mamy areas according to
new data from redfin.com, but summer is gone pretty soon.
It is still a good time to hunt for bargain and get time to think about the
offer. Interest rates would not affect purchase that much. For people who
want to refinace, you might have to wait for more time.
New regulations about finanicing is looming as well. We would switch to
