Beautiful weekend. Finishing the project that has been long overdue!

went to cabinet warehouse and found this piece
this cabinet is used for dual oven setup similar to this
$1275 retail, down to $45 bargain... what a clearance!
fits right into that little corner by the entryway
this is what we used to have for our coat hanging
bought two pieces of molding for the filler and as crown molding
gap was too big for our 5" crown molding, change our mind
came up with another option, buy shelving like we have in our wet bar
found it with exact width but too big
remove cabinet doors and ready to start
wife help out
we have to cut it and make it smaller to fit
use nail gun to secure the crown molding on top
wife and kid help out in sanding
adding bottom shelving
bottom drawer 放手套和围巾
upper cabinet 放鞋子
中间吊衣服和放靴子 (add hanging pole inside)
completed
dual oven cabinet $45
upper shelf $50
crown molding $65
filler modling $50
shopping & labor 6 hours approximate
心里感觉... 无价的 | q*z

但是感觉不如直接顶上加框,装个bifold door变成closet显得更干净.

发帖数: 5681 | 3 Thank you. We tried to search for bifold door but can't find anything
similar with the right size. Doors can be custom made but will be out of our
budget. :)
