请问一般是合理是收多少的啊？
我比较ｃｏｎｆｕｓｅｄ的是ａｔｔｏｒｎｅｙ ｆｅｅ
这个也是ｔｉｔｌｅ公司收的吗？

Escrow Fee (a.k.a. Settlement Fee): $1,000
Owner's Title Insurance: $1,247
Lender's Title Insurance: $487
