我从拿到GFE有多长时间决定接受还是不接受他们的offer？多谢了。

那比较GFE还有什么用呢？

发帖数: 13337 | 4 过户公司的收费贷款银行是不知道的，所以只能是估计，或者叫瞎算。
政府该收的税费是一定的，任何银行估的都应该一样，即便估价不一样，你也不会少缴
或多交。
过户时预缴的保险、地税、应付的利息都是你自己的，数也是死的。
银行处理你贷款的费用是有差别的，从500刀刀几千都可能的。

发帖数: 3328 | 5 GFE (Good Faith Estimate) just estimate, 一般只多估。具体 item 请看link

我一般建议我的client不必看GFE,No Point No Fee Refinancing 都会在closing
statement一目了然呀。
