4：选择不同的closing agent是否会造成closing cost有较大的差异？
5：closing cost的费用是否还会因为选择不同loan lender有较明显差异？

However, in (southern) CA, normally, but not always, seller selects one for you
. You might expect your closing cost is higher due to "sole source".
