感兴趣一个lot,
但是owner 告诉我
你得去专门的部门看这个lot是否适合装
septic tank.
我的问题是：
1。什么因素会决定一个lot是否装septic tank?
2。如果不适合装， 有什么其他方法？

there are so called alternative systems. I remember one of them is called
pureflow, claiming that treated sewage is drinkable. lol

还要用于地下渗灌。
septic tank仍是要的。
5个bedroom size大约2-3万元
