2 shingles were blown off the roof during the bad wind storm we had during
the Winter and were replaced. There was no damage to the roof itself, just
the shingles were replaced (2011)
- The master bathroom exhaust vent seal had a leak. Both
seals were replaced (2010)
- The caulk around the chimney flashing was loose. New
