还在他发给我们的正式package里面发现几个跟刚开始谈的有些出入的地方：
1. title services and lender's title insurance: 我们最早拿到的是120,正式
package里是200.
2. Required services that you can shop for: 原来的什么都没有，package里加个
pest inspection fee 55.
请问这样是正常的出入么？

I am confused, Are you the buyer? If not, why are you doing mortgage? If you
are, do you mean seller? I don't think lender has any thing to say about
what seller will pay or credit.
This could vary, it's normal.

这是标准的做法。而且Escrow公司也会在最后交割时会按合同的要求来执行的。

的title及其它服务费用不能超过原来估计的10%。不知你所说的情况超过了10%没有。

仔细看了下合同,确实里面有说owner's title policy will be paid for by the
owner and issued to buyer after delivery of deed.所以应该是seller付了.
应该还不到.
