won’t be given the key on the day of signing escrow. She will give me the
key after the escrow paper goes back to the lender and the escrow is closed.
I thought I will be given the key on the same date of signing escrow.
Also, I need to prepare the wire transfer for the down pmt on the date of

same day. typically you will get the keys on closing day and legally before
9pm on closing day, the property still belongs to the seller.

的房子，要等到recording/closing之后才算。

recording with the county is very important. It shows you are the legitimate
owner of that property, and assume all of the liability (i.e. property tax).
