before) that day.
There shall be continues business day between funding day and recording day.
(You don't care when you sign, as long as there are 3 days before funding
day). Do not get your loan funded this Friday because you have to pay double
interest on multiple days (i.e.Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon), and get recorded on next
business day (i.e. Tue)

我的funding date是15号，老lender利息只算了14天。
新的从15日算起，12月算是17天。
我仔细看了老lender的payoff letter，好像只要中午12点前wire过去，利息只算到前
一天。我不知道法律怎么规定的。 |

refinancing. All of the closing cost will be covered.

发帖数: 4192 | 18 我的没有算。我都结束了，statement都收到了，多给的钱都进了escrow了，只算了14
天的利息。statement 上写着payoff是12/15，但是利息就是14天的。
我的旧lender是suntrust mortgage.在virginia。新lender是roundpoint，title company是performance title。
在closing之前我还特地问了loan closer，她说funding date没有关系，我还不信（因为这个版为这个funding date讨论过很多）。不知道是不是不同州不一样，还是不同的lender不一样。

打电话告诉说这一项应该在close完了以后，以现金的方式或chek reimburse他。我觉
得挺奇怪的。
在开始申请以前他从没有提起过，马上要close了，他才电话说的。所以也不太明白，
在这问一下。 |

你不需要给贷款代理一分钱。
