r**********9 发帖数: 894	1 The quote from Title company includes a $375 for Settlement Service After Hours Out of Office. I have an attorney to do the closing. Do I still pay the title company for this settlement service? Thanks.

p******y 发帖数: 3523	4 如果是买房的话，看谁做closing agent了，律师或者title公司。如果是律师，一般 settlement那里会把律师费写在上面，如果是title公司，一般charge 300多刀。律师费另算。 LZ最好make sure到底是哪方负责settlement。如果是个Quote的话，很可能是title公司预计会发生的事情，并不一定是真的有这个 charge。问问清楚吧。
