"seller能不能帮我付": yes. All is about negotiating price. for example, you
feel the property worth 100k, and your price is 101k and ask 1k closing help
from seller.
"一般在3%左右": cash buyer don't need closing cost of loan part, but still
need pay tax, escrow ( or lawyer), insurance etc, it should <3%
"如果拿到closing cost的详单，这个费用可以和title company协商吗": no. Title
company /escrow is 3rd-party and neutral for both seller and buyer. They
provide services for both sides based on agreement. Only party you can
negotiate is seller.

笔费用可以（有些州只能）用在closing cost上的。这足够closing cost了。和你的
agent商量吧。确认可以得到这笔 。（不是每个agent都给的） |
