result is 8.4,passing 4.0 EPA standard. The thing is that the seller said
they already have radon mitigation system in the house.This means either
their radon mitigation system does not work, or their Radon was super high
before, even with mitigation system, it still cannot lower it to the
standand level. That would be really unlucky. Shall we ask them to replace
and fix their mitigation system? Will the mitigation system really work? It
is just so hard to buy a house in NY. We really like the house, do not want

should replace this mitigation system and have another test. Do they pay the
fee for another test or I pay the fee? If it is still too high, then I hope
that I should be able to walk away from the contract. The other way is they
fix this before signing the contract. I am not sure how fast this
mitigation system can be replaced. Thanks a lot!
