The preferred way for our mortgage broker is to let your transfer fund stay
in your account more than one statement cycle, so your latest (1 or 2)
monthly bank statement will not show any large deposit at all.

发帖数: 2719 | 3 US does not have limit but China's limit is $50K per person per year.
just get the SWIFT code of your US bank and let your parents in China know.
they can then go to a bank in China and wire the money to the US bank using
the swift code. the fee from the Chinese bank range from rmb 0 -400, depends
on the bank and your client status.
Since the limit in China is $50K, to wire a total of $100K, both of your
parents would have do it... on 2 separate transactions.
but be careful not to wire more than 3 times to a single US account. To
prevent corruption, wiring 3 times to the same account oversea would trigger
alerts to the Chinese banking authority to start investigation.

我转一笔国内手续费￥400多，中间银行$15,接受银行$15。
当天
每次有转账上限数目的吗？
每人每年可换汇$5万，如果你自己有美金，就没有限制。
不用交税。超过10万美金报税时要填份表。
超过两个月就不用，否则要Gift Letter 。

than 3 cash wires from China (from any bank, from any one), it would trigger
the Chinese banking authority to start an investigation.
the system was set up to prevent corrupt Chinese officials moving assets
overseas.
this check is obviously behind the scene and it is not public.
I am just sharing what i know...
