insurance
Title service and lender's title insurance -- $4268.35
Owner's title insurance -- $2784.20
So do I need to pay both at the closing? Can I shop around to get better

about the same (but my downpay is higher than you). If you have a
lawyer working with you, check with your lawyer and he /she might do some
search for you.

。还是title company的价格都是规定的。我去问title company order了一个survey，
要了700刀。但是好像别人说用不了这么多钱。最后的title insurance是不是也会不同
的title company价格差别很多啊。 | W*****r

想说能省则省就用它了, 它本身的服务挺好的, 但律师是它asssign的, 不是我们选的,
很烂很懒, 省这200真不值
如果你比较以后entitledirect便宜很多, 它倒是不错的选择 | W*****r
发帖数: 708 | 10 我的律师倒是自己选的，但是如果选entitle direct要加钱，因为没有commission,这在
律师给我的quote里都写清楚的。不过最后算下来还是比用律师自己找的title insuran
ce便宜一些，但不多。
我觉得用这家倒不见得省很多钱，但是至少每一项的收费都清清楚楚，没有commission
之类的involved,lz就不用担心这中间会有什么猫腻了。
