我之前也是越过buyer agent直接打电话给listing agent,然后buyer agent就很不高兴
,说这样会有很多不必要的纠纷.

例如我是buyer agent, 如果我不通用LISTING AGENT同意,直接联系SELLER, LISTING
AGENT可能会很不高兴,这样一来对我的OFFER可能有不好的影响.既然有游戏规则,作为

俺们也不知道你到底问的啥问题，不能乱说。
你要问“这桌面是不是大理石的”，你agent要是有意见那他是神经病。
你要问“你们能不能让点commission出来”，你agent要是没意见那就怪了。

我没说的是, 只是lz若越过agent, 最后还是得付钱, 那当初请agent干嘛? 花钱请
agent, 就是让agent帮你做细节工作,所以如果要越过谁, 一定是有原因, 原因可能是
agent/principal的信任关系还没建立起来, 或者其他
我只说可以越过, 至于要不要越过, 应不应该, 合不合理, 视情况而定, 你给我扣一个
花钱就是大爷的心态也行,但很多agent也是拿了钱不干事, 辩这个没意思! 也不是重点

ask
Directly communicating with the listing agent may expose how badly you want
the house. It can be a disadvantage when you negotiate price.
As long as your buyer's agent pass on the question timely, this is not a
problem IMHO.

my personal experience tells me you may find a better home without an agent.
of course there is reason that buyers agent exists, For example, if you busy
and successful in your own career, and you can make much more money by
saving the time, and enjoy somebody really serving you well. then consider a
buyers agent.
or if you are not decisive and not willing to learn the basics, then
probably pay somebody to do that for you, but please expect they definitely
cannot do better than yourself because they are working for the money not
