agent. We are the owner of the house. Except regular insurance (like fire,
hail, etc), do we need to prepare other special insurance?
I hear that: in case of the tenants are injured in the house, we need to buy
some kind of special insurance (do not know the name)..
This is the first time we plan to rent our house. Any information is highly
appreciated.
