还有律师一般收费多少，900合理吗？
律师说closing fee要差不多8000-10000的样子，贷款30多万。

For loan amount 300K, you should be able to get no cost loan. the broker/
lender's rebate should be enough to cover the closing cost, at lest it is
the case in CA.
In CA, we use escrow which is similar as lawyer in your area. You can check
around for a few lawyers to get some quote and compare.
For loan amount 300K but with around 10K closing, it sounds little bit
higher. Do you have high property tax or impound account?

发帖数: 3523 | 4 一般来说，purchase是没有no cost的，主要是看rate和银行收费了。有些银行可以
waive掉一些费用，有些borker拿到的rate有些credit，能cover部分或全部lender fee
的情况下，就有人兜售no cost purchase的概念。在purchase的case里，基本上都只是
cover部分lender fee。
900律师费如果是flat收费的话，不能说便宜，但是reasonable。 |
