1. $3318- Origination fee （$6795 - 3千多credit)
2. $501 - Appraisal fee ($405), plus flood fee, tax service fee, credit
report fee
3. $1636 - Title services and lender's title insurance
4. $1166 - Owner's title insuance
5. $120 - Government recording charges
6. $3993 - Transfer taxes
7. $2651 - Initial deposit for escrow account, indluding all property taxes(
~1.2%), all insurances
8. $406 - Daily interest charge (过户日到下个月初的利息钱。）
9. $720 - Homeowner's insurance
#1， 他说是no point loan, 可是为什么还会有这么高的origination fee呢。有没有
猫腻？另外一个broker跟我说的origination fee只有500多,但是利率高0.125%
#3，4，7，9都提到insuance, 其中7是all insurances, 可是为什么还有那么多其他的
保险？
懂行的xdjm帮忙看看，我们有什么可以跟broker商量的么，可以把closing cost降下来

#1是比较高，但要看你的利率。 | b*d

发帖数: 2601 | 7 #1好高. 但通常没有商量的余地。每个银行标准不同。你这个LENDER 要的挺多的。
#7 如果你选择了ESCROW INSURANCE， RE TAXES那就在CLOSE的时候交。这些钱还是你
的，只不过存在银行的帐户里，DUE DATE的时候银行帮你交。如果你CREDIT好的话，这
个是可以选择不和银行ESCROW的。自己交
其他费用看起来正常。不过LENDER＇S TITLE INSURANCE应该是SELLER付的。看起来像
是GFE，所以都先列出来 | h*****n

broker打电话了，另外发了一个work sheet,origination fee去掉了。
transfer tax是很高啊，但是这个是没有商量的吧。 |
