PUD 是可以的, 您的agent应该知道自己的lender要什么.

定是condo，不是condo的PUD还是可以做的。

flow.
Appraisal fee is such a stable income for them, I suspect that it is their
major income.
I know some agent probably would say appraisal company is "independent" of
PF.... Only God knows.
