小时), 2000尺以上， 1978年后的房子都超过1.25M啊。
七八十万的房子基本上都是又小又破， 同样的价钱在ＮＪ似乎可以买豪宅了。。。 | f*******g

Property tax is very high in Westchester
Houses in CT and Westchester are old, small, and expensive
Houses in NJ are newer & relatively less expensive
Property tax in NJ is much higher than CT, but lower than Westchester
If you work close to Grand Central, CT & Westchester are normally good
choices
If you use Penn Station, NJ is a better choice
Again, living in CT, Westchester, or NJ depends on where you work & whether
you really want to live in a bigger, newer house.

不过感觉上抵消不了他的高房价。。。
新点的房子更节能一点， 样子，floor plan啥的诱惑比较大。。。

发帖数: 1956 | 8 Darien的特点是学区好，地税低，交通便利，但房价高，不过房子可以贵买贵卖，所以
保值。
结果康州有点钱但不是大款的华人都疯抢Darien, 主要集中在70~120万价位的老房子，
走得超快。
