发帖数: 5191 | 3 在没有take impound的情况下, 如果lender rebate在付过所有的closing cost后还有
剩余, 可以用来做为principal reduction, 有的lender称为principal curtailment.
这个reduction一般是在付了一个月的payment之后才反映在principal上.
Principal curtailment is shown as a charge on the closing statement,
that's because it's used to offset the rebate. If you remove it from the
closing statement, the charge and credit column won't get balance.

发帖数: 10233 | 4 当初说的是根据appraisal，最后可能会有一两百的cost,我的balance比较低，所以觉
得可以接受，没想到一下子搞出来个1000多。明天去质问他们之前先来这里接受科普一
下。

legal/gov fee,只剩下10多块，所以搞不清楚这1000多是怎么来的。
