发帖数: 1879 | 10 0.125% different on the rate for loan amount 230K will only make $287.5 per
year on the cost. so it is not worth to do the 3.25% with 3000 closing cost,
it almost take more than 10 yrs to break it even, assuming you will never
do the refinance or not sell the house.
Always take no cost loan.
