seller's title insurance information. The cost will be much lower. But our
realtor said the lender may not accept the reissued title insurance because
this is a new purchase (not refinance). We have asked our loan coordinator
but she did not have a clear answer. She said she would check with the loan
processor but hasn't replied to us yet.
Has anyone done a reissued title insurance for a new purchase? Is it totally
impossible or it depends on the lender? Our lender is BOA, by the way.
