看这个CONTRACT,inspection 以后还可以讲价吗？ 讲多少合适？
发现房顶68个瓦片有问题：
At the time of our inspection we found sixty-eight chipped and/or broken
tiles. Cost to replace nail on system
tiles is $1,522.00。
At the time of our inspection we found an open ground at kitchen to the left
of sink. Cost to repair is $138.00。
At the time of our inspection we found A/C internal coil dirty and in need
of acid wash and system serviced. Cost to
service unit is $240.00
At the time of our inspection we found refrigerator gasket torn at base. We
also found dishwasher leaking from
underneath and garbage disposal not functioning. Cost to repair all of the
above is $522.00。
We found sprinkler solenoid bad and in need of repair and four broken heads
. Cost to repair is $266.00。
At the time of our inspection we found kitchen faucet leaking at sink. We
also found right side of sink leaking
underneath at trap. We also found toilet shut off valve upstairs at hall
bath with a minor leak. Cost to repair is
